The hotel enjoys a central location, allowing for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions, even if it feels slightly removed from the bustling areas.

Unfortunately, I encountered a few issues during my stay. The minibar was poorly maintained, with drinks not kept cold and a broken front. Additionally, the carpet in my room showed signs of wear, with noticeable stains that detracted from the otherwise luxurious setting. I also experienced a significant delay in room service and the ice machine was out of order during my entire stay, making it inconvenient for late-night refreshments. Furthermore, the overall environment felt a bit neglected, impacting the expected luxury experience.

I enjoyed the club level access, great city views, and the turn-down service. Super luxurious! The staff treated us like royalty, especially the concierge who made our stay nice.

The gym and spa are fabulous, but the shower had inconsistent hot water.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay

I recently stayed for 5 nights in a guest room with a king bed and was impressed by the attentive staff and comfortable accommodations. From the prompt valet service to the exceptional room service provided by Sarah, I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The bed was comfortable and the room amenities were thoughtful and convenient, making my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice some ongoing remodeling work that affected the ambiance at times.

Just a proper fit for a whistle-stop in Denver with great value. The king suite had a lovely dressing area and plenty of room for my family to relax. Check street closures before heading out, especially during events.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy everything because the elevator drama was unreal. Only one was working, and it felt like a game of sardines. Plus, it was a bit noisy at night, with sirens and street action keeping me from getting my beauty sleep.
